Like many of you, we are still reeling from the devastating impact that this historic flooding has wrought across our service area and the state. And, at the same time, we have mobilized and are already beginning to rebuild because our residents deserve safe, stable housing. We know that our community, already struggling with a shortage of affordable housing, can’t afford to lose more homes.
